How can I spend my rewards points? |
We issue rewards points as store credits or gift certificates, this is the same as real dollars so you can use them for bamboo sheets, bamboo duvet covers or anything else in our store that you want. |

When do I get my rewards points? |
We send you your rewards points approximately 12 months from your first purchase. You will receive an email with your rewards points and a personal code that you will validate on the web site. Just follow the link provided in your sleepbamboo customer rewards email.

Do you really give 10% back in points? |
| Yes we do! Any order you place over $100.00 in the one year period will apply to a 10% store credit. |
